Pool in a beautiful backyard, 2 living rooms, large kitchen, 2 fridges, washer dryer in the garage, 1 bathroom will be shared. Introverts and quiet activities only. TVs in bedrooms, music on headphones or low in our rooms so the house is perfect for meditation, reading, studying and staying fit! I work from home so I need someone who has a job outside the home might consider very quiet work but I am in sales and will be on the phone constantly. My current roommate is amazing. He works during the week and is very clean. Considerate, responsible, Healthy people into gardening, swimming, taking care of a home wanted. No excessive drinking, absolutely no drugs, vaping or smoking. Sorry no pets. Please be someone who is ecologically minded, cares about the environment and does what they can to help. Short Term considered on a case by case basis. Short Term rate $75 per day with a discount for longer than 3 weeks. Please keep in mind, short term creates a lot of work for everyone who is renting their place!

Step 3 - provide proof of income, rental history and ID for background check
Step 4 - First months rent (pro-rated if in the middle of the month) and deposit prior to moving in.
We have had quiet guests over at different times but we mostly visit outside and it’s dinner party level noise. There will only ever be 3 roommates total including you.
We are on month to month, short term will be considered. No pets. Close to HEB and HEB plus! 10 minutes to Mueller 15 min to UT area. Close to both downtown and north Austin. Great central location!
