Hi! It's cool that you're digging up info about Lyft. I've ridden with them a couple of times, usually, everything is fine: the car is fast, and the drivers are ok. But once I got a reckless driver, I almost went grey. I wrote to support via https://help-center.pissedconsumer.com/how-to-contact-lyft-customer-service-get-issues-resolved/ indicating my email and phone number, and described the mistake, they responded in a day, apologized, and threw in a discount. But it's normal if the driver is not a racer, and the support is dragging its feet, but helps.
