Join us for a nourishing and healing relational presence practice where you will deeply attune to yourself and to others.
Tuesday, October 10 · 6 - 8pm CDT
Casa de Luz Village, Arcoiris room
Do you long for a deeper connection with other humans?
Feel a desire to slow down and BE - with yourself, and with others?
Are you blessed with a sensitive nervous system, one that is easily triggered into a fight / flight / freeze / fawn response?
Join us for an evening of relational presence!
Tuesday, 10/10/23, 6-8 pm
Casa de Luz Village, Arcoiris room (turn right into the courtyard, up the outside stairs)
Doors will be locked at 6:05 - please arrive early!
$10-$20
We will use a variety of practices and tools drawn from combinations of authentic relating, circling, journaling, meditation, and others. These activities will be infused with play, self-compassion, optional edginess, and relational attunement and healing.
You will get to practice your self-expression and relational connection, all in a held container of heart-lead presence.
Note that this is NOT intended to be a “safe space” - meaning that it is still absolutely possible that your nervous system may be triggered. However, this IS a brave space, and a healing space - meaning that you will be lead and encouraged to slow down, and get really present to your actual embodied experience, and to meet yourself with compassion and acceptance wherever you are. You are always fully at choice as to whether you want to participate in each activity.
Most of our wounding happens relationally, and thus much of our healing must, also, occur in relational space.
