What are addictions from a spiritual point of view? This class will shed light on addictions, their causes, and a path to recovery.

I will most definitely be there! I am starting a pranayama/meditation group for people in recovery as well - every Sunday at 5pm starting on July 2nd at Flowmagin. Maybe you might know some who would be interested. Look forward to meeting!
