Singularity

A Beautifully Furnished Salon for Meetings, Gatherings & Ideas

Singularity Thought House is unlike a conventional meeting or event room. It is a fully furnished, intimate gathering place designed from the beginning to encourage conversation, connection, reflection, and the exchange of ideas.

Comfortable sofas and chairs are arranged in conversational groupings throughout the space, complemented by warm lighting, an expansive fireplace, a presentation screen, two restrooms, and a beautifully appointed refreshment area. Rather than arriving at an empty room that needs to be transformed, you arrive at a place that already feels complete.

Singularity is particularly well suited for board and team retreats, workshops, discussion groups, classes, book clubs, author talks, presentations, wellness gatherings, podcasts, private celebrations, and intimate community events.

The atmosphere is sophisticated without being formal, peaceful without being austere, and comfortable enough that people naturally settle in and stay awhile.

Rental Rates

  • Morning (8am to 5pm) — 4 hours for $275

  • Evening (5pm to 9pm) — 4 hours for $350

  • Full Day — up to 8 hours for $595

  • Extended Day — up to 12 hours for $795

Recurring gatherings and community-oriented programs may qualify for specially arranged rates.

More Than a Room

Singularity Thought House was created around a simple idea: when people are given the right environment to slow down, listen, exchange ideas, and genuinely connect, something worthwhile can emerge.

Now we invite you to bring your gathering here.

Pricing Philosophy

Casa de Luz Village exists to support human flourishing. Every room, garden, hallway, and gathering space is shaped with that intention in mind.

The spaces of the Village are not commodities. They are containers—designed to hold presence, care, learning, healing, creativity, and connection. Pricing, therefore, is not an extraction of value, but a shared agreement that allows the Village to remain healthy, accessible, and alive.

Stewardship Over Transaction

Rates are set to reflect stewardship rather than profit maximization. Each reservation supports:

    •    The maintenance of clean, beautiful, energetically coherent spaces

    •    Long-term care of the land and buildings

    •    Staff who hold the Village with attentiveness and respect

    •    Continued accessibility for community-based and wellness-centered offerings

Pricing is calibrated so the Village can sustain itself without drifting into exclusivity.

Fairness Is Contextual

Fair pricing is not determined solely by square footage or hours on a clock. It reflects:

    •    Location and ease of access

    •    The quality and calm of the environment

    •    Alignment with wellness, education, and community use

    •    The absence of hidden fees, restrictive rules, or adversarial policies

Rates are intentionally transparent, with discounts for longer bookings to encourage continuity rather than churn.

Accessibility Is a Value

Casa de Luz recognizes that meaningful work often happens outside traditional commercial margins. Pricing is structured to remain reachable for:

    •    Teachers and facilitators

    •    Healing practitioners

    •    Non-profits and mission-aligned organizations

    •    Ongoing series and community offerings

Accessibility is preserved without compromising the integrity or care of the space.

Community Is a Relationship

When a space is reserved, a relationship begins. The Village thrives when those who use the spaces treat them as shared commons rather than rented rooms. Pricing reflects mutual respect—care for the space, consideration for others, and alignment with the broader Village ethos.

Living, Not Fixed

Pricing is reviewed periodically, not reactively. Adjustments are made thoughtfully, with attention to:

    •    Rising operational costs

    •    Community feedback

    •    Market conditions

    •    The long-term health of the Village
